Looking forward to tonight’s Tennessee Veterans Business Association dinner, featuring speaker Noah Galloway, and the TVBA’s 6th annual Business and Education Expo on Tuesday, Jan. 26!

Galloway is a combat-injured U.S. Army veteran who, after losing an arm and a leg in Iraq, went on to compete as a runner and a 2014 finalist on “Dancing with the Stars.” He’s also a personal trainer and a motivational speaker.

There are no longer tickets available for tonight’s dinner at the Jackson Avenue Terminal, 213 Jackson Ave.; the event has sold out.

However, there is no registration or admission to Tuesday’s 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Business and Education Expo at the Holiday Inn-World’s Fair Park. The expo is described as a high-energy veteran-focused event with 145 exhibitors and more than 3,000 attendees.

Veterans and family members attending the expo can explore career hiring or admission opportunities with local companies, colleges and universities. It’s also a good place for start-up entrepreneurs to get advice and assistance, as well as the opportunity to network with other veterans and veteran-friendly business leaders.
