Featuring Special Guests Fox & Friends Co-Host Brian Kilmeade, U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Joseph Anderson (Ret.)
The Tennessee Veterans Business Association is pleased to announce our 10th Anniversary Veterans Expo and Job Fair on Tuesday, January 7th. This event is the largest veterans expo job fair in the Southeast and is free to attend. We will have over 60 exhibitors and hundreds of attendees on hand to celebrate our nation’s veterans.
The 2020 TVBA Veterans Expo and Job Fair will be held from 10 am – 2 pm at Hotel Knoxville, near the Knoxville Coliseum at 501 East Hill Avenue. We are elated to welcome Fox & Friends Co-Host Brian Kilmeade and U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Joseph Anderson (Ret.) as our special guest speakers this year.
Following our Keynote Breakfast with Kilmeade and Anderson, our celebrations will continue with our Veterans Expo and Job Fair, a one-stop shop for veterans to network, find new career opportunities and other veteran benefit resources.
The event provides veterans an opportunity to network and share information about products, services and veteran support programs. Employers also can meet potential candidates with the chance to complete the initial job interview through face-to-face contact. TVBA is proud to have helped many veterans find new careers through our job fair.
The annual event began 10 years ago when Jonathan Williams, a ten-year Navy veteran, searched for a way to bring together veteran business owners. In 2017, Eric Barton, Marine Corps veteran and long-time TVBA supporter, reached out to Williams with an idea of an association partnership, organizational structure, and plan to support and grow TVBA.
Steve Stilts now serves as President and CEO of TVBA. Stilts previously served as ambassador of TVBA with Barton since 2016. Stilts has new plans in store for the association in 2020! We are excited that our 10th Anniversary Celebration will help kickoff our plans for this year!
